Comment: In November of 2006 I bought a 2006 Scion tC from an Ertley Dealership in Trucksville, Pennsylvania. It had a cracked bumper and the dealer told me it would be fixed and the car would get detailed, because it was sitting next to the road and very dirty with salt and grime.
Their has been one attempt to fix my bumper by "patching" it and getting white paint on my black grill. A week later it had re-cracked in the same spot. It is now the middle of June and has yet to be fixed. I have heard every excuse in trying to explain to me why my car has yet to be fixed.
DO NOT BUY FROM ERTLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also a 19 year old college student and maybe they think they could try to screw me over. I have told many people about my situation and they have told me that their service was unacceptable as well. And as for the price of the car goes. I know it is my own fault for not paying attention, but when I had signed the papers I did not see that they had tacked on an extended warranty for more than $1000 more.
