Comment: I have been buying cars for 35 years. Dickson City Hyundai has the worst service department I have ever dealt with. The service advisors are rude and don't have a clue about cars. The service manager will tell you anything to shut you up and then denies any conversation.I have been trying to get a CEL issue fixed for 3 months . This is the worst dealership in NE Pennsylvania avoid them at all costs. Nothing but con-men and liars.They have an F rating from BBB the worst rateing they give out.
Comment: My husband bought his vehicle from this dealer and if I didn't know any better I would say they brainwashed him to think he got a great deal when in fact he has gotten the worst deal ever. Needless to say my husband is never allowed to set foot in this dealership (or any others for that matter without me)! Don't get caught up in the B.S. this place tries to sell you. My sister also brought her vehicle in for service and they fixed things without her permission first and then tried to charge her an arm and a leg, plus they installed new headlight lamps upside down....I guess their service is just as good as their deals!!!
