Comment: Ford of Kirkland provides an outstanding example of what a good dealership should be. I have credit issues, and the entire staff went out of their way to help me. I thought I'd be going in feeling like an outcast, but the Ford of Kirkland team, rather than making me feel like a social outcast, made me feel welcome and valued. My buying experience was outstanding; rather than spending the entire day at the dealership as I expected, I was in and out within just a few hours, driving a new car at an incredible interest rate. I am a customer for life.
