Comment: Very unprofessional staff. Finance reps do not know what they are talking about. Customer service is horrific. I could not get anyone to return any of my calls when I needed them, but they never hesitated to call when the subject matter delt with money. It has taken 3 weeks and many phone calls just to confirm whether they have received my transfer of funds, and the issue still isn't resolved. Even the account manager seems to not want to deal with her customers.
