Comment: I was charged for a loaner despite express, written promise there would be no charge. I was charged for work not performed I was charged for "additives" which were not part of factory maintenance requirements and I was not given a choice to decline Dearler Management was completely unresponsive. When I complained to regional, they just referred me back to dealer. This is a shame, because the car itself is superbly engineered.
