Comment: On 8/30/08 I bid on a car on E-Bay for $3,000.00.Later that day after bidding closed I was notified by E-Bay that I had won the car.I called there contact person about making payment and picking up the car.He told me the car was sold locally for 4,000.00.He told me they have the right to do that.I said I was the winning bidder,he told me to have a nice day and hung up.on 9/2/08 I called back and asked for someone in charge of used cars sales.I talked to someone and I told him what happened, he said he would get back to me.About a half hour later he called me back and said yes they sold the car locally and there is nothing he could do about it.He said he could not bring the car back.I think what happened after bidding closed and I won the car for $3,000.00, someone came along and offered them $4,000.00 and they sold it to them.I think its pretty shady business for a large dealership to do something like that.

Comment: Sells Lemon Law Cars and Does Not Tell You Beware!!!! I Did not Find out that I bought a LEMON until I went to trade it in at a different dealer ant the said that they will not take Lemon Law CArs as trade ins.
