Comment: Didn't actually purchase a vehicle at Parr.....and I NEVER will. The innability of their sales staff to listen to the potential purchaser is HORRIBLE. I'm not an easy sell....you have to: 1. LISTEN to what I say/ask for 2. Meet my concerns with intent and interest 3. Be respectful of my expressed needs/desires 4. NEVER be condescending and ignoring of what it is the potential customer is seeking. This dealership sales department is just plain crappy. Some time spent at a Honda or Lexus dealership would certainly help them. I had been strongly considering a new (NOT USED!!!) GTI.... Now.....it will either be a Civic or (if I splurge) a IS350 And.....I KNOW MY CAR ISN'T PERFECT......it's YOUR job to tactfully - yes - TACTFULLY - point out where you will need some budging on my part to make a deal come together. Insults and negativity will only bring out resistance. NEVER keep a persons set of key's as long as you did after they have been asked for.... My guess is this dealership will not last.....good riddance.
