Comment: Only one word can describe the experience. Nightmare. If you expect people you do business with to actually do what they say they will do, avoid this dealership at all cost. I wanted to stop the process and return the car because of all the trouble and all the LIES they told, but they refused to refund my down payment and I would have been forced to take them to small claims court. Since I couldn't be without a car if I wanted to keep my job, I was left no choice but to swallow the crap sandwich they served up.
