Comment: Since purchased, I had always taken my vehicle to Atlanta Toyota for service and maintenance. One day there was a 2.5 hour wait for service and I reluctantly had to take it to another local Toyota dealer for service due to lack of time. When my wife took our Toyota back for its next service (her first time) she was told that we couldn't get the same deal we had always gotten because it has been so long since our last service there. She was belittled for even asking and was treated as if she was trying to get something for nothing when she was just trying to get the same service we had always received. It makes me wonder if they have something against women since I was never treated that way. Because of the way she was treated she refuses to go back.
When we received their survey, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way she was treated and the fact that we were being 'punished' for not being 'loyal'. After almost 2 months of emails and even copying their General Manager, I never received a phone call or satisfactory response and moved on to another dealer.
Apparently Atlanta Toyota doesn't care about their customers enough to pick up the phone when there is an issue. I would stay far away from Atlanta Toyota. They are only interested in your $$$ and don't have any real concern for their customers when they have a problem
