A: Consumers like yourself come to our web site and share their car buying or service experience with us through a structured survey. We then research each dealership’s background and compile it into a report.

Q: Do you guys dislike car dealerships?

A: No. We have many friends and relatives who presently work for automobile dealerships. MyDealerReport.com is designed to help clean up the industry by pointing out the bad apples while highlighting the good apples, apples meaning dealerships.

Q: Don’t you guys have to have a relationship with dealerships or manufacturer to obtain some of your information?

A: No. We do not have any relationships with dealers or manufactures. The information we gather is obtained through independent legal channels.

Q: What make you guys such experts?

A: We have spent enough time in the automobile industry to realize what is wrong or right, what is legal or illegal. If consumers could see what we have seen it would turn their stomachs. As salesmen we were required to go through many hours of training. We were trained to conquer the consumer, by any means necessary.

Q: How long have you guys been in business?

A: We have been developing this idea for more than three years. Our company has existed for over two years.

Q: Are you guys a for-profit or non-profit organization?

A: We are not a non-profit organization, but we are a for people profit company. When we developed this idea the consumer was at the forefront of everything. Remember when we refer to consumers we are referring to our mothers, sisters, brothers, and friends, so therefore you guys are the most important element to our organization.

Q: When will you have legal information for dealerships in my area?

A: We are continuusly adding legal information. However, it is a long process, due to the court systems. If you have a dealership you need information on immediately, please email us the name of the dealership.

Q: Why doesn’t any of the well known automobile internet companies do the same thing as you guys?

A: They can’t. These companies you are referring to, and we know who you are referring too, have strong relationships with dealers and manufacturers. If these companies were to expose the truth, their relationships with the dealerships and manufacturers would be destroyed.
