| Rating Review: I can't imagine a more AWFULsales experience. First of all, we told the sales person, Stan, what we were looking for and how much we were willing to spend (a used F250, preferrably diesel, in the $12k and under range). He said he had several in stock that would be around that price and for us to come out and see- well, after test driving a vehicle and deciding that was the one we wanted to go with, we later found that the price on the vehicle was nearly twice what we had advised was in our budget...The second issue was that when he ran my credit application, it was rejected- I still don't completely understand why, but he could not explain that to me and didn't bother. He basically sent us away and refused to answer any further questions or our requests to please JUST WORK WITH US. At no point did he even bother to ask how much we had available in cash, and in the end, we ended us paying for our vehicle at a different dealership in cash. I begged Stan to please just call me back, to tell me how much we needed to put down/ pay in full, to see if there were other vehicles on the lot we could look at, and he just refused to return my calls or respond to my emails. I guess he thought that I just wasn't worth talking to....Definetly the worst sales experience I've ever had, but in the end I guess I'm glad we went elsewhere. We found almost the exact same vehicle for less than half what they asked for there, were approved for credit, but decided to pay in cash anyway to save on interests, so it all worked out in the end :-) |

| Rating Review: A word to the wise: Stay away from Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep (DCJ). Why? Well, Arrigo DCJ completely misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car, a 2002 PT Cruiser. As a result, a simple repair that should have cost about $350 ended up costing me upwards of $1000. Indeed, the cost actually turns out to be much more, actually, when I include auto rental and multiple towing fees that I had to pay due to the mis-diagnosis. So, what happened? Read on... In early 2006, my 2002 PT Cruiser started showing signs of an ignition problem. By June 2006, the car wouldn't start at all on some occassions. So, in June 2006, I took my car to Arrigo DJC in West Palm Beach, FL. Arrigo's technicians replaced the battery and the starter. For a few weeks the car's problem seemed fixed. However, over the next 6 months, I had to take my car back into Arrigo five (yes, FIVE) times as the ignition problem recurred over and over. Needless to say, it became clear to everyone involved that Arrigo had only assumed that my battery and starter were the causes of the ignition problem. The ignition problem was clearly caused by some other component in the car. As it turned out, on my final visit to Arrigo (in early January 2007), Arrigo determined the ignition problem was, in fact, due to a faulty ignition cable. This means that, several months earlier when Arrigo replaced my battery and starter, there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL wrong with my original battery and starter. In other words, they replaced a good battery and starter with... a good battery and starter. And then charged me hundreds to do so. So, of course, I wanted a refund for the cost replacing my original battery and starter as those two items never should have been replaced in the first place. That's only fair, right? I mean, There was nothing wrong with my original battery and starter -- so why pay for a "repair" that repaired absolutely nothing? That is, back in June 2006, Arrigo did nothing more than replace perfectly good auto parts with other perfectly good auto parts. There's nothing fair about that. So, I contacted Arrigo and requested that the give me a refund for the work on my car that wasn't necessary. Well... despite contacting Arrigo's service director, Mr. Corman, by certified mail and by e-mail over a three month period, I haven't heard a peep back from him or from anyone else at Arrigo (at the time of this writing, its mid-April 2007). It seems that Arrigo's standard operating procedure regarding customer refunds is to just ignore the customer's grievances altogether and hope the customer just goes away out of frustration. How low can this company go? Well, let's just say that Arrigo's Service Department is setting bar very, very low indeed. First they botched the diagnosis of my car's problem. Then they changed out parts that didn't need to be changed out. Then they don't bother to answer my requests to discuss my grievances. That's pretty low, ladies and gentlemen. Because Arrigo isn't lifting a finger to address my (very expensive) grievance, I definitely get the impression that Arrigo DCG has no intention of refunding me for the parts (and labor) that never should have been charged to me in the first place. I simply can't believe that a dealership -- or any company for that matter -- would be so utterly contemptuous of its own customers. I also find it amazing that a Service Department could be so arrogant as to not even bother to contact a customer who has a clearly legitmate complaint. Yes, folks, this is what Arrigo Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep -- once an honorable company (at least in my eyes) -- has become. The Service Department at Arrigo is truly an embarrassment to the Chrysler Corporation. And that's a darned shame as Jim Arrigo -- the Arrigo's owner -- is one of the most respected businessmen here in South Florida. I know that he spent a lot of time and effort building his dealership. Yet, it seems that Mr. Arrigo may now be completely clueless as to how customer complaints are being handled by his own dealership's Service Department. I'm sure if he knew, he'd be very disappointed in how they are handling customer complaints. So, if you have a problem with your Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge, stay away from Arrigo DCJ at all costs and take your business to another South Florida Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge dealership. From what I can make of it, Arrigo DCJ just no longer cares about rectifying wrongs that they -- either intentionally or not -- imposed upon their own customers. At least that's my opinion about it all. |

The sales and service support are a completely different story, in fact they live up to every stereotype there is about car salespeople. They will not hesitate providing misleading information or omitting information just to make a sale. The sales staff blame the service department for "just telling you that to make money" and the service staff blame the sales staff for saying things that "we ask them not to tell the customers." Bottom line, they are LIARS!!!!! I may buy a another Subaru in the future, but I will NEVER buy it from Classic Cadillac Subaru. |

| Rating Review: Since purchased, I had always taken my vehicle to Atlanta Toyota for service and maintenance. One day there was a 2.5 hour wait for service and I reluctantly had to take it to another local Toyota dealer for service due to lack of time. When my wife took our Toyota back for its next service (her first time) she was told that we couldn't get the same deal we had always gotten because it has been so long since our last service there. She was belittled for even asking and was treated as if she was trying to get something for nothing when she was just trying to get the same service we had always received. It makes me wonder if they have something against women since I was never treated that way. Because of the way she was treated she refuses to go back. When we received their survey, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the way she was treated and the fact that we were being 'punished' for not being 'loyal'. After almost 2 months of emails and even copying their General Manager, I never received a phone call or satisfactory response and moved on to another dealer. Apparently Atlanta Toyota doesn't care about their customers enough to pick up the phone when there is an issue. I would stay far away from Atlanta Toyota. They are only interested in your $$$ and don't have any real concern for their customers when they have a problem |

| Rating Review: On 9/22/2002 we purchased a new Kia Sedona van from Boniface-Hiers. On 5/8/03 we purchased their "Full Circle" 10 year extended warrantee explicitly covering corrosion of upper body metal and undercarriage from date of manufacture. I phoned them with a rust claim, was told they needed to inspect it and takes photos (despite the warrantee stating that no inspections are required), visited the shop 3 times, had the rust inspected by their body repair subcontractor on-site, phoned them, and wrote them a letter on July 14 including a copy of the preliminary estimate from my body shop for $1836.55 for a minimal repair. They never once responded until I called Neil Huhta, the general manager over 4 Boniface-Hiers dealerships. The dealership, Boniface-Hiers Kia in Melbourne, still refuses to honor the extended warrantee they sold us. After Scott Rodes and Randy Hennis made numerous excuses in contradiction of the written warrantee contract I had, Scott and Neil now want to refund what I paid for the warrantee instead of honoring the contract. This is unacceptable as there is no provision in that contract for such a refund. |

When I complained to regional, they just referred me back to dealer. This is a shame, because the car itself is superbly engineered. |

| Rating Review: I "purchased" a 2004 Jeep Cherokee on Tuesday evening. It is now Thursday afternoon and I still have not recieved it yet. They tell me to come get the car, but when I get there it's not ready yet. They tell me they are doing the 109 point inspection and filling the tank, but I don't think it should take 2 days to do this. I really feel like there is something very wrong with this car and they are trying to cover it up. I don't feel comfortable getting this car anymore and I am expecting major problems from it. The sales manager Jeff has not been upfront with me about the problem. He seems to think I have nothing but ime onmy hands. When I was looking at the cars they had for sale, Jeff and the other salesman didn't want me to leave to speak with my wife about the purchase. They used the "tag-team" method to pressure me. they were originally were trying to get me to buy a car that I stated several times that I was not comfortable paying for. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality used car in a low pressure atmosphere. |

| Rating Review: In November of 2006 I bought a 2006 Scion tC from an Ertley Dealership in Trucksville, Pennsylvania. It had a cracked bumper and the dealer told me it would be fixed and the car would get detailed, because it was sitting next to the road and very dirty with salt and grime. Their has been one attempt to fix my bumper by "patching" it and getting white paint on my black grill. A week later it had re-cracked in the same spot. It is now the middle of June and has yet to be fixed. I have heard every excuse in trying to explain to me why my car has yet to be fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM ERTLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am also a 19 year old college student and maybe they think they could try to screw me over. I have told many people about my situation and they have told me that their service was unacceptable as well. And as for the price of the car goes. I know it is my own fault for not paying attention, but when I had signed the papers I did not see that they had tacked on an extended warranty for more than $1000 more. |

| Rating Review: The main issue is this dealership tried to pull a fast one on us. They tacked on a bunch of fees for things they never disclosed to us. Apparently we were not the only ones they tried this on. The second issue is, Rudy, the manager at this dealership, was rude, rude, rude. We asked two questions regarding our documentation. Rudy's response was we were giving him a hard time. I promise you, we were civil and polite during the exchange and Rudy was unprofessional and said we were being difficult. When I asked him to respond to my question he was dismissive and refused to acknowledge me. Meanwhile, keep in mind, this dealership knew they were in the wrong because they had promised to reimburse us for the fees they should not have charged us. Rudy admitted as much that they did this to several other customers. So car shopper beware: Guiffre Mazda staff is dishonest and has no class. |

Then in the financing room....WARNING: Be very very very suspicious; be very careful and read EVERYTHING!!!! Even if you've agreed to a price and sign something on the sales floor, keep checking the prices listed and keep checking the calculations!!!!! DO NOT believe their calculations. Calculate everything they spout out! And DO NOT believe what they tell you they see in your credit report!! They lied and lied and lied...over and over and over. Luckily my husband kept asking questions and kept doing calculations on his own because we caught lie after lie. And we think we got scammed into a buying warranty that might've actually been free (not sure on this one). They pretended to see things in our credit report (that actually never shows up on credit reports)...but wouldn't let us see the computer screen to verify what they claimed. They promised instead to print it out and never did. Liars! They pretended the percentage we could get was high so they could manipulate us into getting their "guaranteed percentages" that come with their special packages. But when it was all said and done, the percentage we got was at least 2% lower than what they swore "wouldn't get any lower" and "was the best they could do." Liars! They promised us a price on the car but my husband caught them red-handed when quickly stepping behind finance guy to see the computer screen, that they had raised our price behind our backs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO JOKES!!!! My husband called the guy out, and he quietly and guiltly just said, "oh...how did that happen?" |

| Rating Review: I am in the market for a new Honda CRV. I went to Hayward Honda in CA to inquire into their CRV inventory. They didn't have the model I want, but they sent me a WRITTEN quote after I met with them saying that they would sell me the car at $19847 BEFORE tax and license when the car comes in and they would let me know. So I waited for two weeks. They called me on Jan 1st, 2007 saying the car came in. I went in ready to buy the car with the written quote in hand and they wouldn't honor the written quote that they provided me earlier, now saying that I have to pay $500 more above that quoted price. I sent the Internet Managers an email in the last week of Dec inquiring for an update of the CRV, they did not get back to me until the 1st of Jan in the new year. Convienently, they said that email quote was good for before the year and they called one day after Dec 31st, 2006. They never told me this over the phone when they called to tell me the car came in. I bet you anything they had the car in the last week of Dec, but didn't reply back to me until 2006 passed, hoping I would pay more for the car than what they originally said. I walked out of there. Even if I am now willing to pay more, I wouldn't give my business there due to false advertising and misleading me with false written quotes. My message--don't go there to buy any Honda as what they verbally say and any written quotes they give you is not backed up when you are ready to buy the car. | Rating Review: I am in my mid forties and have purchased 6 new vehicles in that span. I do my research on what I purchase as far as the features and price. I use Edmunds and other sites to do that research. All of the dealers I have dealt with try hard sell tactics to say, "What can I do to put you in that vehicle today". After dealing with a local dealer and getting absolutely no where, I asked for quotes from multiple dealers from the Nissan website. One of those dealers was Heritige Nissan. I have have never bought a new car and had such an enjoyable experience. The salesperson was prompt, courteous, understood my needs and worked deligently to make sure that I had exactly what I wanted. All this was done without hard sell pressure tactics. An issue arose with the car upon delivery and what should have been a car buying nightmare, turned into the best car buying experience I have ever had. While the dealer worked to resolve the issue on the car, he provided a loaner that was even better than the car I purchased. The issue was from the manufacturer and not the dealership's. The dealership was 40 miles from my home, they kept my new car until they resolved the issue and made sure that I would have no future issues. All the while I was enjoying a great loaner that they had filled with gas. And as we all know gas is not cheap. In the end they delivered my new car to me when it was ready. Great price+great service= GREAT EXPERIENCE. |

Here is my story: I purchased a car from them and was mislead into signing a contract that had a "surface protection plan" for the paint secretly written into it. This jacked up the sales price by $1,600. When I protested, I was yelled at by the man who does all the paperwork (Steve, a pure rat). When I went to the managers, I was lied to, yelled at, even cursed at. I've been on this earth for awhile, and I have never experienced a more blatantly rude and corrupt business establishment that what HUNTINGTON BEACH FOR IS. | Rating Review: There was no pressure what so ever placed on me to buy a car from this dealer, in fact, I was given the car to drive over night to make sure I wanted it before I signed the papers. This gave me a chance to have the car looked at by an independant mechanic as well as to run a full Car Fax report on the vehicle. I paid about $1,000 over blue book, But considering that J.D. By Rider is a second chance financing car lot, this price is actually very good. The warranty covers everything from the rack and pinion steering to the water, oil and fuel pump. The sales staff was polite, honest and did everything they said they would. including replacing a speaker that was out in the stereo. I was really impressed with this dealer and would take my mother there. |

| Rating Review: I purchased my 2002 A4 from Jim Ellis' Marietta dealership in September 2005 (15 months ago). The sales process was ok, definitely not the worst I've ever experienced but also not the best however I've had other friends who purchased from a different sales person at the same dealership who have had really good experiences. While my sales experience was only mediocre, their Audi & VW service department have always exceeded my expectations. My roommate has 2003 VW bug that she bought at another dealership but she takes it to this Jim Ellis dealership and she too is continually impressed with the high level of customer service and genuine concern she is shown by the excellent staff. Regardless of where you purchased your Audi or VW, if you are within 50 miles of this dealership, it is definitely worth the drive. I'm a customer for life. |

| Rating Review: These people are unabashed criminals. They have a terrible reputation amongst any selection of VW owners in this city. They will most definitely try to stick you with significant repairs that you don't need (unless you're still under warranty in which case everything's peachy). They tried to sell me the same completely unnecessary brake job twice, 5000 miles apart. Each time they said the rotors were so worn and warped that they couldn't even plane them and would just have to replace them. Took the car to a friend's shop the second time and they showed me the rotors, so barely worn from when I first got them that they didn't even need planing. Lie exposed. Jim Ellis also told me my serpentine belt was on its last legs at 25k miles. "It could go at any time." Yeah right. Tried to tell me my tie rods had a lot of play in them and needed replacing. Lie. Tested 100% fine at another shop. No play at all. They don't even get the basic stuff right. If they say they're going to top off your fluids, you'd better check them before you drive off the lot. They usually forget. Except the oil - they overfill every time but then tell you it doesn't matter (check your factory manual on that one). You don't have many options in Atlanta but these guys are the pits and you can never know when you go in there whether they're making things up. Try to find someone else if you can. I tried Dwight Harrison way out in Stone Mountain and wasn't pleased with them either, but I'll give them another chance just to see if a pattern develops. My next car will be a Honda for crying out loud. |

The wires are now exposed from the new console install .. waiting to have this fixed.. they do not return calls when they say they will.. It was a matter of the service technician not knowing how to perform the job needed. Towards the latter part of the five hours I was offered a demo, but had to refuse it due to the lack of clearity on the documents needing my signature.(Last thing I want is to sign something only to find out that I signed for something I did not need, etc) All and all it was a most frustrating Saturday. |

| Rating Review: My husband and I recently moved into the Seattle area from California. We had a Honda Pilot that needed to be serviced. The service light alert popped up in the dash and we did not know where to take our Pilot in for servicing. I started to search for recommended local Honda dealers on google.com and city search and noticed that I had a couple of choices, but I wanted to get my Pilot serviced by a reputable dealer. So I read several dealer reviews and decided to go with the dealer that had the most positive feedback. I wanted to be certain that I was going to be treated well and receive a fair price because in the past I was taken advantage of. (I will not provide the dealer name that did this to me in California). The recommended dealer was Klein Honda, so I called them up and scheduled an appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Klein Honda promptly greeted me and asked if I wanted a shuttle ride or wait in the lounge until my car was done. I thought that was just wonderful that they gave me options. I decided to wait and the car was serviced faster then expected. At checkout when paying for my bill they asked me if I was a Klein Honda rewards card member. I replied no and then my service advisor proceeded to explain the details of the program. He showed me how I can save a lot of money today and on every service visit. I decided to register for the program and my bill was cut in half. I remembered that everyone I came into contact with at Klein was happy and energetic. I had a great experience with this dealer and will return in the future when my Pilot needs more servicing. |

| Rating Review: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LOWE TOYOTA - ON S. HOUSTON LAKE RD. My husband and I went in to look at the 1997 Geo Prism that they are trying to sell for 4,800 with taxes. It looks and sounds like a great little car, but being smart used car buyers we took the car to a mechanic in town(Precision Tune Auto Care on Watson) who told us that the car, which was supposedly checked by the Lowe Toyota people, needs at least $$$$$$2,500 worth of work before it would be a good car to buy!!!!!!!!! Let me say what specifically: it needs new front and rear brakes(costs: $300+), two new belts - one of which has a rip down the middle, (how can you miss that?)(costs: $130 for both), it has three leaks - in order to fix just one of them the whole transmission needs to be taken out(costs: ~$1000 just for the one leak and plus whatever the other two cost to fix) and there are a few more things that add up to around $1000 more for a total of $2500...I don't have the specifics on the rest because the people at Lowe Toyota took the list from me. After hearing all this I went back to Lowe Toyota and told them what he had said. I offered them $1500 for the car to make up for the major repair work costs and if that wouldn't work I said I would be willing to wait for them to fix the problems and when they were fixed I would pay the full price they were asking...The sales person talked to her manager, the manager then came over to me and said that their mechanics looked at the car and spent $300 to "fix it up" and that the brakes were "perfectly fine" (the mechanic who had nothing to gain has said the front and rear brakes need replacement) He also said that we shouldn't expect any better from a used car...that these "minor" repairs are part of buying a car used....he also said that they would sell me the car for the full price or not at all(which, with repairs would cost me $6500.....the NADA and Kelley Blue book price is around $4000 - $3000 for the base price and around $1000 for the mileage being at 62,950 and that is only if the car is in excellent retail condition which it is obviously not)...I told him: of course you would say that the brakes are fine because you want to make money off of this sale, the mechanic I took the car to told me what was wrong with the car with no expectation that I would be paying him to fix it...I think he is a little more trustworthy.... secondly, if this is the condition a used car should be in according to you, I don't ever want to buy a car from Lowe Toyota and I will make sure that I let everyone else know what kind of business you are running here...and I really hope that nobody buys this car from you because it is a rip-off....and do you know what he said to me, he said: "That is your opinion"... Ha!!!! Well, it may be my opinion now, but it could also end up being all of Warner Robins opinion as well when I am done with this...oh btw..in case anyone from Lowe Toyota is reading this...my husband is in the military and he is going to go to the legal office on base and he is going to blacklist Lowe Toyota :D...So good luck selling to anyone who reads this or hears about it from friends..and another side note for Lowe Toyota...selling to unsuspecting customers under the pretense that you are trustworthy and that your cars are mechanically sound is completely and utterly atrocious and just plain bad manners. I know I will be spreading the word :D And to all you car shoppers out there...Please DO NOT give them any business and especially avoid the 1997 Geo Prism...I only hope it isn't too late. |

They will tell you that your rack and pinion system was damaged due to your oil being changed or brakework. Literally, they told us this. I asked what they are bored when they do an oil change & say, hey, lets play w/ the rack & pinion system & the guy laughed & said that since I wasn't viewing the oil change that I didn't know what they had done. A perfectly good rack and pinion system had to be replaced because their mechanic stripped a bolt & it couldn't be fixed. |

| Rating Review: I'm very disappointed by both, Sales agents as well as Service professionals. Sales representative left me hanging for a few months!! did not return calls, and kept $1,000 of a deposit for a new car!! Deal did not work out so after 6 monhts I got my money back, but maintenance is even worst. In short, they wanted me to pay for most of the maintenance of my other car, even though I was on a pre-paid maintenance plan. They did not want to cover my last oil change because somehow I was out of the maintenance "warranty". I'm not sure how a pre-paid maintenance plan for your first three visits got turned into a maintenance warranty but surely, sales agents were coming up with senseless stories about how that happened and how, even though I came only 7 days overdue for an oil change due at 36,000 miles with my car only at 30,000, I wasn't supposed to be covered. They tried to fool me for a long time. Finally, when I thought I had the issue resolved, they called me to tell me that two major items that were not done before (because after inspection a year earlier they determined they were ok, but I paid for in my plan of course) needed to be taken cared of at this moment, and guess what, they were about $275 and I was out of the "warranty". So after I spent all this money on the service plan, they tried to get the most out of me by not doing what they were supposed to do, and then asking for more money when they had to do it at a different time. This is completely unexpected from a Mercedes-Benz Sales/Service center. I will never come back to this "dealership" for any future purchase, or service. Very disappointed.. |

| Rating Review: Overall my trip to Big M Chevy Louisville was mighty successful. They had a wonderful staff, and a great facility. They pretty much gave me a quick tour of the place while I was getting my car detailed for pick-up and filled with gas. They introduced me to the service manager, who gave me some coupons for free oil changes and tire rotations and things like that. They introduced me to the parts manager who gave me a little gift bag with some car fresheners, and other cool little gadgets for my car. It was cool to see a whole dealership so synergetic. You can tell they are just doing the right things over their, and really focus on customer satisfaction. |

| Rating Review: Hi Northbay Nissan Manager, I know i am writing email to a CEO of two companies, but i really think you need to look at this matter in order to preserve customer focus quality satisfaction. My name is Romil Rambhia and I work as Regulatory Affair professional. I went to Northbay Delearship in Petalumna, CA for last 2 days. I just want to let you know that i was treated with utter disrespect, unprofessionalism and i felt that i was racially discriminated. The salesperson who assisted me was Ron Pableato. I am not sure about his last name but he was a old white guy. Let me tell you that he has no sense of talking to customers and may be he needs some type of treatment. I was surprised the way he treated me and you will be surprised by some of his sentences. I went yesterday (Jan 31st) to your dealership with high confidence and enthusiasm to buy a pre owned Nissan Maxima SL (WHITE). I test drove it and i liked the car. It was listed for 26999, as a customer you always want a best price and every customer will negotiate to max they can. I am also a customer and i want value for my money as every customer does. Ron told me the price is $26999, what is your counter offer. I started with 20k, I knew i was stretching but this was my starting price. I went to $21000. He told me that "what if I give you this car at $22,500". I was stuck on $21000. He went to Manager and came back saying that "you have insulted by quoting $21,000. I was surprised I was just giving my offer, I did not insult anyone. He was very very very RUDE in talking and it seemed like he was not interested in selling me car. I am of Indian decent and i felt like i was racially discriminated. I was still ok. Since it was little stretch on my budget, I wanted to have a second thought and so i came back home yesterday. Since i liked the car, I had a second thought and i was ready for $22,500 offer. This morning (1st Feb), I was prepared for $22,500. I came back to your dealership and right away i told him i am fine with 22,500. He went to Manager and now came back with different price. Now he was quoting me 24,9xx. I was really amazed by the game playing on offers. Yesterday he told me $22,500 and now he is telling me $24,9xx. This is utter unethical and unprofessional that yesterday he quoted me different price and today it was different. I was totally amazed. So i told him that "look we know its recession so lets make a deal so we both can make a business". His words were "If you don't buy it someone else will buy it, so go back". His another statement "Last month was the best month of the year". May be it is possible but seeing recession i just told him that Ghason Carlos has recently stated that Nissan sales were down and they are having 4 day work week due to less demand. I did not offend in anyways, I was just giving his some information. His question was "Who is Ghason Carlos". He (Ron) doesn't know the CEO of Nissan. That is absolutely amazing. I don't know what kind of training this RON has?. His comment back to me were "Don't try to teach me my business". How can you talk to customer like this. I am telling you he was super rude, I would give him golden globe for the "worst salesman of the year". He was not ready of negotiate and i again felt like he did not wanted to sell me car. So i left the premises of your dealership because of disappointment. I really liked that car, so i called your dealership to reach him. I was ready to pay $23,000. I left him a message, he never called me back. So i called him again and finally i got hold of him. So i told him"Ron, Is there anything you can do to make this deal happen, I am ready to even pay $23000" You will be surprised by his next statement " Don't you understand if i told you once, you got to pay what i quoted, good bye" and he hung up the phone on me. No one has ever done that in my life. I felt racially discriminated and i have never seen such rude salesman in my life. After he hung up, I decided i am not buying a Nissan car anymore, from anywhere. I am really hurt by the behavior, I just wanted to let you know my experience, so that someone else won't go through this. You really need to do something about that old Ron. I will never step in your dealership again. I am also writing a letter to "Nissan Consumer Affairs" needing explanation of this behavior. I came with my friend and even he was utterly disappointed with this behavior. I hope to get some explanation from you. At the end of the day, Nissan lost my business and customer integrity. -- Romil |

| Rating Review: Everything went smoothly until I made it to the finance officer. He put on a friendly front, but neglected to explain everything in its entirety. Luckily, I had done my research and knew what to expect. He only offered me the most expensive options as far as financing, service plans, and warranties. He seemed surprised when I asked for a calculator and began doing the math myself. I ended up buying a 7-year Warranty, with the knowledge that I could return it in 60 days if I didn't want it. I actually found a better deal and returned the warranty. I dealt with the same person, and he was completely rude and cold. When he asked why I was returning it, I told him that I just wanted to. He was insistent that I tell him why, so I told him that I found a better deal through Warranty Direct. His response was "Whatever, I don't believe that." He turn turned and walked to his office and I followed. Once in, he asked how much my new warranty cost - I told him that was my personal business & that I'd keep that information to myself. He stated "Well it must have cost too much then". He made several smart-alack comments like this, but I just smiled at him. When the paperwork was done, he said "You know you're not getting this money - we're giving it to the bank.". I simply replied "Perfect, thanks for your time" and got up to leave. All he could do was give a very sarcastic "Okay". I'm very tempted to return the service plan I bought, just because of this encounter. Customers should be treated with respect, regardless of the business they're doing with you. |

I had to take my Ford Ranger to another Ford Service Center to have dangerously defected rear spring replaced after Prater Ford-Mercury falsely documented that they were within Ford specs. Some other work they attempted to do had to be redone at other Ford Service Centers. I will never take any vehicle there for service. |

| Rating Review: We were looking for a Jeep with some particular features, and we found one at Quality Chevrolet Dodge at 1828 Saint Paul St in Gonzales, TX listed online for $16,900. On a Wednesday we call to get the VIN to research and asked Donna (sales person) to confirm that the mileage was 35000, and she did. She stated she did not have the VIN, and she would call back. We never received a call after over 24 hours, so we called back and she said she lost our phone number, but said she had emailed the VIN to us (we never received an email). We eventually got the VIN and made an appointment for Saturday to test-drive. Donna assured us the car would be there, and we made the two-hour trip to Gonzales. When we arrived, she said the Jeep was at another dealership and we agreed to wait "thirty minutes" (her words) for her to go and get it. After 1 hour and 15 minutes she returns with the Jeep. THE JEEP HAD 41882 MILES ON IT! We asked why there were over 6000 more miles on the Jeep than advertised and Donna stated "maybe it was a dealer car". Upon test-drive we learned the brakes needed to be completely replaced. We asked why that was not disclosed to us, and if she had noticed the poor brakes on the drive from the other dealership. She said she hadn't! The brakes would grind so bad there was no way she couldn't have noticed. What's more is the Jeep looked like it hadn't been washed in 3 months (the time they had it on their lot). Even after all that, we were still interested in the Jeep albeit at a lower cost. So we made an offer that was much lower considering the mileage discrepancy and brake condition. She stated that she needed to speak with the manager and so we waited 10 minutes for her to do so. She returned and stated that THEIR FINAL OFFER WAS $16,900 + TTL! They refused to lower the price one penny even after we found out the brakes were shot and they told us the wrong mileage! My husband and I went in to trade our cars for a CRV and could not believe what a horrible deal they tried to give us. Then when we stated the much better offer that had been made to us at another dealer, the so-called "floor manager" proceeded to raise his voice, accuse us of lying, try to argue, and treat us as if we were completely ignorant. He also stated that he could beat us at poker, which I assume was his way of saying he could screw us over. I have never been spoken to in such a manner, especially from someone in sales, or a manager. I asked to speak to a manager above him, and this "manager" was almost as unprofessional, in his jeans/ white T-shirt/baseball cap, plus the fact that he seemed to not honestly care what I was saying. I would never by a car from this dealership no matter what deal they gave me. I am appalled that they have such unprofessional and rude people working at this dealership. NEVER BUY FROM WILLETT HONDA!! |
