| Rating Review: Well, I found this dealership online because they had a used car I wanted, an '03 Corolla LE, 32,000 miles, $10,995. I drove down, checked out the vehicle, and gave it a test drive. The vehicle was in good condition, and I liked the price, so I told them I wanted it. I went in and filled out all the financial papers to get the car loan, and gave them a $1000 deposit on the car. I was told that it was too late in the day to push the paperwork through and find out if I got approval, and that they would call me as soon as they had an answer. I called back the next day at lunch to get an update, and was told that they were still working on financing me the Corolla, but he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to push it through. He tried to push a Honda Civic "About the same miles, and same price" on me, which I really wasn't interested in, so the salesmen told me he'd continue to work on financing the corolla, and would let me know. I hung up, and didn't like the way the conversation sat with me, why try and push a vehicle that's the same money, same miles, when I had already decided and wanted to purchase the other one? I called back, and asked point blank "Do you still have the Corolla?" He had already sold it to another customer. I called back, and talked to his manager, who just gave me the run around about not being able to finance, and trying to put people in cars, etc, so forth. It's very simple. I gave $1,000 for that car. I had even already made other financial arrangements if the dealership finances fell through, but instead, they sold it before lunch the very next day, without calling me. I put down $1,000 for a at 8:30pm, at lunch the next day, the car was sold to someone else without ever contacting me. |

HONESTY & INTEGRITY: This vehicle was listed on ebay and the auction stated that it was in Excellent Condition, Rust Free guaranteed, certified preowned inspected with a 30 money back guarantee. This vehicle was not in excellent condition and yes it has Rust and lots of it. 30 money back? What if shipping I paid for took 28 days to get it? Well the pictures were taken on a cloudy day so I could not tell if it was glossy so I guess that’s my fault “should have known betterâ€. I specifically asked my sales man Matt if the paint is glossy because I could not tell from the pictures in the ebay listing; he assured me that it was high gloss. When I received this vehicle it appears that the previous owner had never put a coat of wax on it nor did the dealership. It had a heavily oxidized flat matte finish. Small spots of rust were also found on the body and heavy flaking rust is all over the undercarriage. I spoke with Mario Rodriguez about this and I explained that I paid $250 to have the paint restored and the body rust removed. Mario R. was apologetic and told me that they had fired the previous detailer for poor work. Also the pictures were deleted form the listing 1 week before I received the vehicle. Mario also told me the pictures were also deleted from his hard drive so I had nothing to compare to the actual vehicle. This I feel is an unacceptable excuse for my vehicle being in this condition. Have you ever had finger nail clippings and an emery board in the center counsel of your new vehicle when you first step in? What about your cars manual stuck in fast food barbecue sauce in your glove box? Were you ever able to tell that the previous owner had 2 dogs both a black dog and a white dog because of the amount of hair in the carpet and on the seats? Or were you ever able to tell that the owners small child sat in the rear right seat because of the amount of dried yogurt and crusty cereal found in that area? Not to mention the smell. This is like buying a pair of pants that some one tried on before you and left their brown smelly skid marks The preowned inspection missed 2 cracked front turn signals with water in both of them, a half dead Wal-Mart battery that doesn’t hold a charge, leaking cv boots, both front and rear brakes are past the wear indicator and need to be changed, 3 blown speakers and rattling valves or lifters that make the engine sound like a disel. Once again does this meet the criteria of excellent condition? 2. ETHICS: Beware that this transaction was not finished through ebay so I was not covered by any ebay protection policies. The auction was closed after I made a credit card deposit of $500. Brickell Honda has over 100 positive feedback on ebay, none of them are from a sell. All the feedback is from some one buying $1-2 trinkets to raise feedback score as a buyer. I was unable to see the feedback comments from brickell at the beginning of this transaction. I explained this to the salesman Matt and he said he would look into this issue. It was not until after I paid for the vehicle that Brickell Hondas feedback was able to be seen. Once again “I should have known betterâ€. This ebay feedback practice is shady at the least. 3. PROFESSIONALISM: Brickell Honda needs to work on this area. Don’t blame the customer for your failures. The initial paper work emailed to me was so illegible I couldn’t read it and there was no way a bank would accept it. I was told the shipping took extra long because the vehicle paper work was not signed by me in time to release the vehicle to make the ship. How does FedEx get the customers address wrong when the dealership has a copy of my driver’s licenses with my current address and my ebay account has my address? I called FedEx, located my paper work, drove to the FedEx main facility, signed and returned shipped it same day. My credit card deposit was not refunded until I called 3 times. Then I got a notification by visa that I got charged an additional $500 from brickell after I requested my deposit back. I took another 3 phone calls and 2 weeks to get them to refund $1000 back to my credit card. It took over a month and a half to get the title for this vehicle. I had to track down the actual title clerk at Brickell and personally call her to get her to 2nd day air my paper work to my bank. I had this vehicle for 2 weeks without registration because I had no papers. 4.CUSTOMER SERVICE: When I called other numbers at Brickell to speak with a manager about this situation, I finally got hold of a manager by calling (305) 777-2992. I thought finally someone who might be sympathetic to the customer. I was wrong! This guy handed the phone to Mario Rodriguez within 5 seconds of my call. I could hear him over the phone telling Mario “you deal with thisâ€. Wow! I was blown away. I’ve had it with this dealership. I guess in Miami the customer is just a dumb f@#k that you gotta deal with to get the money. I have had no remedy to this horrible deal with Brickell or with this horrible truck that im stuck with. Sad, but I recommend you buy from someone else. I do however have to give props to a salesman named JC. Even though he had nothing to do with this transaction every time I called him he helped. Thanks JC. If you want a experience a professional internet sale go check out North Texas Auto Imports. Those guys know what they are doing. Maybe They can give some classes to the employees of Brickell Honda Miami. |

After test driving an Accord at Burne Honda, I e-mailed the Sales Manager and offered him my business if he could meet a lower offer which I had received. The Sales Manager did not reply to my e-mail. Several days later, I e-mailed again to indicate I was still in the market. At that point, the Internet Sales Rep e-mailed to confirm that they could meet the monthly payment I had asked for. I called the Internet Sales Rep; he again confirmed the price. I picked out a specific car, set up an appointment, and made personal arrangements to come down and close the deal. Within an hour, I received an e-mail from the Internet Sales Rep claiming that there had been a �change in the programs.� When I called, he mentioned nothing about programs, but instead claimed that he had accidently included a previous customer�s trade-in when calculating my monthly payment. His inconsistent excuses, along with his unsolicited assurance that this was not a �bait and switch,� only confirmed what would be obvious to any reasonable person�it was exactly that. I then e-mailed the Sales Manager and both owners, on four separate occasions, and asked that they honor the original quote which had been documented in e-mail and confirmed over the phone. I did not receive a single reply to any of these e-mails. I�m disappointed at the way I was treated by this dealership, and I�d recommend against doing business with them�not only because they resorted to the dishonesty of bait and switch tactics�but because they would not honor even a written quote. |

| Rating Review: Beware ! Beware ! Beware ! From one consumer to the next... I wish I had trusted my first instinct (and the negative reviews I saw posted). This place is incredibly horrible to deal with. They are like dealing with scam artists disguised as a reputable dealership. We waited over a month to not receive our car... they said it came in wrong but they had something similar... when we offered to purchase that one and tried to get it insured they had no VIN # to release to the insurance company - Mark the "salesperson" stated that it was not Carr's Honda policy to release VIN #'s to insurance companies. This was the first time my insurance agent had heard that in 11 years of experience. In the mean time my insurance agent overhears the Carr's Honda sales department woman discussing with Mark that the car slated for us had been sold ! You could 'chalk this up' to just a bad salesperson - Mark (and he really is) - but Carr's Honda as a whole is completely unresponsive when you try to reach someone else to remedy the situation. If the dealership backs the actions of salespeople like mark...then they are equally culpable and completely ineffective in dealing with the customer. Even if this dealership is convenient for you - please avoid it at all cost - in my and many other people's experiences you will wish that you had. Very poor dealership ... and a black-eye on Honda's good reputation. |

| Rating Review: After walking out of the previous dealership being extremely disappoined by dishonesty of the personnel, I was pleasantly surprized at this one. The whole negotiation process was completed over the email, final number was very very reasonable, and I know what I'm saying because I spend couple of days reading forums and researching prices. Whole process on the dealership took 3 hours from the walk-in to driving out, I've got exactly what I wanted without any games. The representative spent at least half an hour after the purchase explaining every feature on the car, making sure that we can use it and drive safely. It may sound too optimistic but I had excellent experience. |

He quoted a price and assured me several times that he would honor the original quoted price, which he put in writing; however, half way through the process of purchasing the car, he came to me and said that he had made a mistake and he would have to raise the price buy $2000. When I questioned him, he became defensive, arrogant, and rude. I would never use this dealship again and I would not recommend anyone else using it either, I certainly question the integrity and honesty of the sales managers at this location. |

| Rating Review: I shopped Trickett, Redell, Darrell Waltrip Honda and Crest Honda I found the price to be competive but not the lowest. After going to this dealership I found out they didn't include a Interior/Exterior protection package of $399 in the price plus they added mud flaps and pin stripes for an additional price of $649. They would not honor the price quote they emailed to me. The next Honda dealer told me the price didn't include freight and their doc fee of $499 wasn't disclosed either. I then checked out a Honda dealer in Cookville that offers a lifetime warranty. They did the traditional bait & switch after I drove over 1 hour to get to them. They did everything to get me to drive their Accord home right now again not disclosing their $499 processing fee until I went to the business office. The payment I was quoted for the car were not the same as the finance manager showed me. The additional $33.51 per month didn't sit well with me so I left. That was the best move I ever did. I called Darrell Waltrip Internet Department and asked them if they would honor their price quote they gave me 2 weeks earlier. They told me no! The price went down $500 because Honda gave them an incentive on the V6 sedans. I drove there and they did honor their new price with out any suprises or games. The whole delivery took 1 hour and 15 minutes. P.S. the payment was $41 less than Cookevilles payment. I am very pleased to refer everyone to Darrell Waltrip for their straight forward approach to do business with me. After shopping for the best deal I soon realized the lowest price isn't always the Best Deal. Thank you Michael and the entire Internet Department at Darrell Waltrip Honda ! |

If you visit this dealership ask for Bob, he is their senior sales manager and he is a gentleman of quality and character. Once you buy from him he actually treats you like family. After not having been in the dealership for several years, he remembered me and that I was going to law school soon and which vehicle I bought from him. The man is outstanding. The owner is equally friendly and congenial and they have been some of the best folks to work with. Even when something isn't on the lot they will go out and try to find what it is that you need at an auction for a reasonable price. |

I knew before hand my FICO score and upside-down situation with my trade-in so I was nervous how much they're going to cost me. To my advantage, they gave me the highest trade-in value among the dealership I've wenth into for my 03 Civic Hybrid, plus they themselves structured a deal that gave me a way lesser APR than the CapitalOne blank check I carried then with me, finance it not with some money-thirsty next-door credit unions or banks but they did it through Honda Financial. I didn't even have to haggle with the 07 Fit that I drove away--the sticker price I got from Honda of Escondido (Cush/United Auto Grp) is the advertised MSRP on Honda.Com. No premium whatsoever. They helped me get rid of my old Honda, reduced my Upside-down balance, helped me get a lower APR from Honda Financial, helped me roll-over that upside-down to my new loan, and in the end my monthly budget for the new car gave me room for extra options on the vehicle, which they gave me additional discount. There was no pressure from the guys at Sales and Finance. One thing though, some of their inventory came with options that you may not need, so check their inventory first because installed options will bring MSRP up. |

They told us nothing about how we could be reimbursed from Michelin because the PAX run-flat tire system prematurely wears out (we managed to get a whopping 25,000 miles out of our tires, which I'm told by both Honda and Michelin is rare). I am extremely disappointed in the dealerships ineptitude at servicing its customers, and this really comes as a shock to me considering the company's reputation and our current economic climate. After being greeted by striking workers claiming that the dealership is dishonest, the sales staff made me wait forever while they conspired and retreated too often behind closed doors (and large windows) to find ways to take advantage of me. I lost track of the amount of lies and misrepresentations made to me. As a lawyer, I was particularly humored by their frequent misstatements of California law. After spending almost a week trying to move these folks faster than a snail's pace, I was able to reach a deal for a trade-in and purchase of another vehicle. Then the fun began. They tried to get out of providing a smog certification. They tried to get out of paying me the agreed upon price for the trade-in and they tried to get me to sign documents that said one thing while they told me that the documents said something else. Since I was paying cash for the transaction, I refused to sign a credit application or allow them to run my credit report. Then the lies started coming out faster than they could say them. Clearly, they wanted to get out of the deal because the trade-in value was, after the latest manager's inspection, too high.Then the waiting and delays continued. Finally, when the finance manager returned to my table to explain (with 3 successive lies) why I needed to complete and sign a credit application for a cash deal. Didn't work. I insisted on the return of my key, registration and title. The deal was clearly dead. When she didn't return with my items, I went into the "Holy Office of Dishonor & Conspiracy" and retrieved them myself. When I was leaving, the head used car salesman sarcastically yelled, "good luck in life." He was wishing me luck? He's a used care salesman! I told him in a loud voice to f--- off. I needed a shower. What a way to do business! They have to be put out of business by this economy. It would be a disgrace for Grace Honda to survive. |

| Rating Review: My fiance and I were in the market for a Honda Fit. We called several dealers, and found one (Capitol Honda in McMinnville) who said they'd charge us $500 over MSRP. We were okay with that since the cars are new, and popular. We had to wait a month for the car to arrive. Before it did they called and said we could only get the automatic ($800 or so more). We decided to call other dealers to see if we could get what we wanted. We made sure to grill all the dealers we called about any "extras" that they weren't including in the original quotes, and Tonkin Gresham said nothing. In fact they said they'd only charge MSRP, but also that they only had the automatic. $300 more is better than $800 more so we cancelled our other order, and went with them. When we went in they insisted we had to pay exhorbitant prices for "options" that weren't optional. Also they tacked on $450 of unnecessary anti-theft insurance, also not "optional." Sum total the price came in at about $1500 above MSRP. When we realized we were straight out lied to, we complained to the sales manager, Dennis Graham. He got so defensive that he actually began yelling at us. It was the most unprofessional, and dishonest behavior I'd ever experienced. My fiance was nearly in tears. If you want to be lied to and get yelled at then Tonkin Gresham Honda is the place to go. If you want to buy a car AVOID TONKIN GRESHAM HONDA like the plague! They were terrible! |

They didn't have the model I want, but they sent me a WRITTEN quote after I met with them saying that they would sell me the car at $19847 BEFORE tax and license when the car comes in and they would let me know. So I waited for two weeks. They called me on Jan 1st, 2007 saying the car came in. I went in ready to buy the car with the written quote in hand and they wouldn't honor the written quote that they provided me earlier, now saying that I have to pay $500 more above that quoted price. I sent the Internet Managers an email in the last week of Dec inquiring for an update of the CRV, they did not get back to me until the 1st of Jan in the new year. Convienently, they said that email quote was good for before the year and they called one day after Dec 31st, 2006. They never told me this over the phone when they called to tell me the car came in. I bet you anything they had the car in the last week of Dec, but didn't reply back to me until 2006 passed, hoping I would pay more for the car than what they originally said. I walked out of there. Even if I am now willing to pay more, I wouldn't give my business there due to false advertising and misleading me with false written quotes. My message--don't go there to buy any Honda as what they verbally say and any written quotes they give you is not backed up when you are ready to buy the car. | Rating Review: Is there really a 3 days right to cancel in NC? I bought my car sunday night and went back to dealer to return after deciding I made a bad decision. They informed me I would not be able to cancel because it was already in process. I called the financing bank and they did not have the paperwork at all on the new loan. The dealer also was not supposed to finalize my loan until Thursday (tomorrow) because I had not brought them my down payment. They had me sign 2 contracts one for their finance company and one for the bank it was to be financed through. On Tuesday night when I went up there he said they would not be able to cancel because the contract had already been processed. He said they sent in the contract and informed the bank I had given them a down payment when in fact I have not. I feel like if there was any type of laws to protect the buyer they were just trying to stall me to keep me in the contract. The person in finance who assisted me did not go over the right to cancel or lack there of. He flew through all of the paper work even cutting me off a few times. When he asked for the down payment I said I did not have it. He said I would need it to process the loan. I said the sales rep said I could bring it on Thursday. He checked with his manager and he told me that he got permission to hold the contract(s plural because there were 2) The financing bank also told me that the dealer does in fact have the ability to recall the contract although the sales manager for this location informed me more then once they could not cancel because it was already processed. However I called the very next morning and the financing bank had no information. Please, should I have any rights to cancel my contract? Yes I signed a contract with them but the whole process was weird. The sales rep had me sign one contract that if they could meet my payment and term I could buy. The first time it did not meet my agreement. They looked for another car and the dealer hand wrote a contract for me to sign again. The dealer also had me signing papers before I even knew the terms and the rate of the loan. I mentioned that this made me uncomfortable to the dealer because I have bought a car before and always had that information before signing any contract. He got the finance rep and the finance rep verbally told me what my loan would be and they had me sign papers. When I went back in on Tuesday night and the sales manger informed me I could not return the car because it was already processed he told me there may be options for them to buy the car back however we should not talk about it that evening because I was a bit emotional (I was crying. normal conversation just crying) Please do I have any rights to cancel this contract? I do not agree with how this dealership is run AT ALL. They fly through everything WAY to fast! |

| Rating Review: Very unpleasant experience. I came with my family to look for a car. The sales person did not show us respect and insults our preference for a big car. I did not want a civic because I have a family of 6. However he claims civics are family cars (which I laugh) Eventually we came onto the Honda Accord which I liked. Negotiation is a intense period but he was very loud and obnoxious. My family did not feel welcomed here and will never come back again. They push you to sign papers and put a deposit before you leave and think about it. I had two customers who wanted a refund when I visited. So it does not say much about the deals they give. The senior sales consultant attempted to make me buy a car that had a history of collisions. Luckily I saw the carfax report and refused the deal. I would never buy a vehicle that might break down any minute with my kids in it. This shows how much they care. EARLY WARNING FOR YOU: DON'T GO TO HERB CHAMBERS! |

Their inventory is also really low-the salesman told me that they wouldn't do Cash for Clunkers deals before the government published the rules, yet the next day in the paper it said that their dealership had done 20 Cash for Clunker deals before the program started. | Rating Review: I have bought 3 new Honda vehicles over the last 4 years. Everytime my search started at Bloomfield (formerly Anderson) Honda and everytime it ended at a different dealer. Better deals and better sales people can almost always be found elsewhere. Most recently I wanted to purchase a Blue 2003 Honda CR-V EX. No blue could be found so we settled for black, they took a $2000 deposit and told me my vehicle would be in 3 days (even asked me what time I wanted to pick it up). 3 days passed and they called, "Good news, we found the blue CR-V EX you wanted but, it will take 3 weeks to get it." I declined and said I'd take the blue one I had already put a down payment on. Turns out, there was no black CR-V either. They told me it would take 3 weeks and that they never promised 3 days. Then they told me they couldn't get me my money back for 10 days, that they had already cashed the check. I stopped payment and took my business to another dealer. Bloofield Honda is only 4 miles from my home but, I won't start my search there again. I'll drive to Utica, Plymouth, Brighton or Troy first. |

| Rating Review: This was NOT a good shopping experience. We reviewed make and model online so that we knew exactly what we wanted to buy. The sales process on the lot was very poor. The techniques they used included: good cop/bad cop (salesman/manager); making us wait for long periods of time (trying to get us invested-- which was ridiculous as we were ready to buy before ever arriving!) -- they badly inflated the price and described the discounts they were graciously extending to us (net result was an inflated price that was no where near invoice) -- and they offered us a pitiful price for our trade in (about 30% or what edmunds listed as book value). What a disappointment that we had to wade through antiquated sales management just to buy a car. It took all the fun out fo the process and left us not likely the dealership. we dread having to return for service. we'd rather drive to another town than shop with them again. |

| Rating Review: I really didn't have a pleasant transaction, the salesman was OK, the management in the other hand was unprofessional and confusing. Here is what happened: I was there on Saturday to finalize the purchase of my Honda Odyssey, around 4PM after around 1 hours and half they noticed my name was not in the insurance card, I know I was under the policy. Management didn't want to accept a verbal confirmation from the claims department neither an older policy, they suggested I can go home and retrieve it, but then didn't want to do that claiming they can not work past 5:30PM. Anyways on Monday I faxed the information and asked if anything else is needed. As first time buyer, I didn't now know everything, and I was planing to use my credit card for the deposit, unfortunately I was surprise that only 2K can go on the credit cards and starter checks are not acceptable, as I like the car and I'm not a picky customer I sent a friend of mine to pick up my check book and we were done two hours later. In summary my suggestion is to hand out a checklist for dummies like me, so they don't have to waist time and get frustrated or reschedule doctors appointment because they have to wait couple days to get the car they are ready to pay for. |

They pushed it, they had their name on the paperwork, they took a cut, but they apparently can't afford to "honor" this - I guess honor is too expensive for them. They told us that they need to wait to see what happens in the courts. Meanwhile we drive on bald tires? No - we had to find another $1000 cash to pay out. I've seen other victims of the Millennium Tire bankruptsy (the company behind the curtain), but many dealerships are honoring their commitments (just google NorthAmericanMotoring.com and e90post.com to read about this). Just something to think about if you consider starting a multi-year relationship with this dealer. We are done with them, and we dropped over $40K there just 18 months ago. |

I returned my vehicle after receiving it because: a) it took forever to get the vehicle, which they claimed was very far away (I later learned the vehicle was purchased from a dealership just a few miles away), b) they attempted to change my original financing agreement that I'd already signed, and tried to pressure me into signing new documents, c) the sales manager was RUDE (shouting at us), and physically threatening (by trying to snatch the original paperwork), d) they were dishonest letting us know the downpayment would be returned (I had to cancel the check), and e) they created additional hassle (It took more than 2 weeks for them to return the car plates, so that I could cancel the insurance policy). This dealership uses very deceptive sales tactics in addition to all the above issues mentioned, and it is highly recommended that it be avoided. |

There were problems with the paperwork and the finance manager (Kim Rivers) basically said we were screwed and and it could not be fixed. | Rating Review: Everyone I met was really nice and friendly. I hate going into car dealerships and felling intimidated. Someone acknowledged me right when I walked in the door. My sales guy Tim was very helpful. Not pushy at all. I bought a 2009 Honda Civic. Two days after I had it, there was an oil leak. I took it back to the dealership immediately and they fixed it with no hassling needed on my part. They also gave me free oil changes for six months because of the trouble. I know from past experiences and stories from my friends about other dealerships that this is rare, so I�m definitely going to stick with Honda of New Rochelle. My only complaint is sometimes it feels like you�re on hold for a long time. Other than that, great overall experience. |

| Rating Review: Bottom line, I was lied to! They got me, I was in a hurry to go to work on a Friday morning and was pressured. I was not to pick the vehicle up until Tuesday, my next day off. Over the course of the next 48 hours, I realized how gullible I was and that I was not getting a good, or fair deal at all. After calling other dealerships and the DMV for advice, I called the dealer Monday morning and told them that since I hadn't taken possession of the vehicle, I was not coming to pick it up. The salesman told me that it was mine even though I hadn't taken possession of it. He called back shortly after that and was on his way to my work and dropped the car off at my work and I was stuck. No one at the dealership seemed to care, even to this day. My feeling is that once it's off the lot and they have their money allocated, that's where it ends. My advice to prospective buyers is to shop around before settling on Hubert Vester dealerships and take your time so hopefully no one else will be taken like I was. |

Since the new vehicle was not in stock I pay the refundable deposit of $500.00 to have it in two weeks. When the new vehicle arrived, they refunded the deposit and asked me if I wanted a check of $1,000 or should they send the payment directly to the lease company. Since I was leaving the trade in at the dealer I asked the payment to be made directly. Two months later my credit was damaged because they never made the payment, and when I requested answer Joe, Pete and Doug from finance where non cooperative and stated had no idea what was I talking about it. After my third angry call they agree to pay only $500. I was robbed by these unethical sales person. If you want to buy a car at John Hinderer, you better have your attorney by your side. Do not trust Ronald Ferguson and by no means make any business with finance people there if their names are Joe, Peter and Doug. Actually in my third call, Joe addressed me as "dude, I can't help you". Unprofessional!! |

| Rating Review: My husband and I recently moved into the Seattle area from California. We had a Honda Pilot that needed to be serviced. The service light alert popped up in the dash and we did not know where to take our Pilot in for servicing. I started to search for recommended local Honda dealers on google.com and city search and noticed that I had a couple of choices, but I wanted to get my Pilot serviced by a reputable dealer. So I read several dealer reviews and decided to go with the dealer that had the most positive feedback. I wanted to be certain that I was going to be treated well and receive a fair price because in the past I was taken advantage of. (I will not provide the dealer name that did this to me in California). The recommended dealer was Klein Honda, so I called them up and scheduled an appointment. When I brought my car in for servicing, Klein Honda promptly greeted me and asked if I wanted a shuttle ride or wait in the lounge until my car was done. I thought that was just wonderful that they gave me options. I decided to wait and the car was serviced faster then expected. At checkout when paying for my bill they asked me if I was a Klein Honda rewards card member. I replied no and then my service advisor proceeded to explain the details of the program. He showed me how I can save a lot of money today and on every service visit. I decided to register for the program and my bill was cut in half. I remembered that everyone I came into contact with at Klein was happy and energetic. I had a great experience with this dealer and will return in the future when my Pilot needs more servicing. |

GO, RUN, get ot of there, it makes me mad to think I would do business with anyone that has lied to me, that is what McGrath Honda Elgin did to me and expected me to do.Tom told me a used car on their web site was on the lot where his exact words, when I walked in, car not there, and they could NOT tell me when it was SOLD, minutes, hours, days ago ? I wanted that car for 3 reasons, year, miles, price, even the color was good for me, but NO car, and NO more me after that. They should learn, today people want retailers to be Honest with them, that is foremost, stay away from them, NO TRUST ! |
