Comment: Town Center Nissan from managers down are there to screw everybody over. They told me that they would take care of the final lease payment on my altima when I turned it in for a new Murano. They did not ad Nissan billed me for it a few weeks later. I discussed this with the sales manager Jason but he said there was nothing he could do. Yeah right, he coldn't authorize a $250 payment that was already supposed to take place? I wrote letters to the owner and to Nissan executives; all of which addresses can be found through google. Nissan wrote me a check after researching the facts but Town Center never acknowledged the letter. I would advise any Nissan shoppers to shop elsewhere and to also avoid any Ron Swatty car dealerships. He's the one who "will be #1" by screwing his customers over.
Comment: I highly recommend that one avoid doing business with Town Center Nissan if at all possible. First off, if they give you a price over the phone that is really good, you can expect that they will not honor it when you get there. My salesman hid from me and had some other person work with us. Then their sales manager Jason is very confrontational and will not honor his word, even after commitments have been made by his staff with the sales manager's knowledge. Do not be surprised if they attempt to pull on bait and switch on you at first. If you survive that and agree to purchase an identical vehicle, don't be surprised if they then try to wiggle their way out of honoring an price that they told you was approved over the phone. It seems that they will stop at nothing to get you into the store, and then thye have the nerve to tell you that you cannot buy the vehicle at a price that they themselves offered to you!!!! I cannot understand what the dealer expects to gain from this tactic with the exception of a very upset non-customer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, do business with someone else and avoid Town Center Nissan located on Barrett Lakes Pkwy in Kennesaw GA. There is a reason why they have had numerous complaints to the Atlanta Better Business Bureau!
Comment: My overall experience dealing with TownCenter Nissan was not a very pleasant experience. The sales manager by the name of James Michael Saiz seem to be overbearing and confrontational. I feel bad for any woman who would walk in there to buy a vehicle because I was taken advantage of and would not want this to happen to any other woman/person.
