Comment: Nice selection of autos but poor overall customer service.The salesman I was scheduled to meet with decided not to show up to work that day.The sales manager was totally arogant and condescending. The salesman I ended up with made an unbeleivable comment to me when I requested to test drive 1 of the 2 vehicles I was interested in.
I arrived confident that I would purchase a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse LS (Silver Ice color). Even after the manager totally low-balled my trade in when he thought I was going to buy another vehicle, I still thought we could make a deal on the silver Traverse, but the sales manager's attitude ended it.
I took a day off work for the 60 mile round trip to Hawthorne. Total waste of time.
