Comment: Buyer Beware!! Classic "Bait and Switch" dealership. I called about a certain make/model (Toyota Sienna LTD) to see if they had one in stock. They told me yes they did and we spoke about a price and he told me that in person I would most likely get a better deal. At about 12 noon I made an appontment to see the car at 3pm and would buy the car if everyting was okay with it.
It was an hour drive for us so we called them again before we left at 2 pm to tell them we were on our way. He told me he would have the car ready for us to see. About 3pm we called our saleman agin to tell him we would be about 15 minutes late.
After we arrived, I was told that the car was no longer available and that it had been "sold" earlier that morning. They told me that I was welcome to look at other Siennas and take on for a test drive. I told them that I didn't drive for over an hour with my family to take a test drive. I told them that I had a check available to purchase the car we agreed upon. They gave me more 'runaround' about getting another car in just a few days or how I could look at a different trim line (we wanted a LTD model). I asked if I could see any paperwork proving that the car was sold earlier in the morning and they refused. I asked why I wasn't told by my salesman in any of my afternoon phone calls that the car was not available and they told me he had no way of knowing that it was sold. I didn't believe that at all. They brought me some paperwork for other cars and I refused stating that I was lied to. The sales manager and floor manager were both rude and abrasive to me during the process. I will not purchase from this dealership regardless of the price they "promise" me.
