Comment: My experience with this dealer has been an absolute nightmare. The sale itself went smoothly (obviously), but since then, service has been non-existant. I waited for my paperwork to arrive in the mail for weeks, which never occured. After several calls and visits I managed to obtain it, only to find out that the terms of the extended warranty were completely different from what we had agreed to. Essentially, I was lied to. When I demanded that they void it, they agreed, copied the contract and I waited. When I phoned in the company which provides the extended warranty, I was told that my warranty was never purchased! When I confronted the dealership about this they acted clueless (as always) and copied the contract again. In the meantime my temporary registration expired and I got a ticket. It turned out that they never registered the car with the dmv, which I paid them to do! At this point I'm still battling them to register my car and return the money for the warranty that never existed. Now they are claiming that my request has to be in writing and notarized! Every time I call they are oblivious to my case and their story is different, they bounce me between each other, never take any action, make up excuses for their lack of competence; I seem to be getting nowhere, losing hope for getting my money back. please take this warning seriously and buy your mazda elsewhere.
