Comment: They advertised the 1997 Ford Explorer I purchased there on Ebay, I still have the printed add from Ebay stating that car was in "excellent" condition. Every part of that car was marked off as excellent. I purchased on 02/01/05, today is 02/11/05, I barely made it to the repair shop. The front ends boots had completely worn to nothing, it was jerking, grinding, etc. I find out tomorrow the extent of the repairs. From what was described to the repair shop, they said there seems to be extensive repair needed. When I notified the dealership of the problems, they promised to call back - but didn't. I spoke to a manager there tonight who was less than helpful. I was told "ma'am, this is your problem". I did buy the car as-is, but they advertised as all in great condition, told me it was fully inspected by the mechanics there, and passed a Carfax report with flying colors. I'm sure this has to fall under some Fraud and Deception type law. I will look until I find it.
