Comment: I "purchased" a 2004 Jeep Cherokee on Tuesday evening. It is now Thursday afternoon and I still have not recieved it yet. They tell me to come get the car, but when I get there it's not ready yet. They tell me they are doing the 109 point inspection and filling the tank, but I don't think it should take 2 days to do this. I really feel like there is something very wrong with this car and they are trying to cover it up. I don't feel comfortable getting this car anymore and I am expecting major problems from it. The sales manager Jeff has not been upfront with me about the problem. He seems to think I have nothing but ime onmy hands. When I was looking at the cars they had for sale, Jeff and the other salesman didn't want me to leave to speak with my wife about the purchase. They used the "tag-team" method to pressure me. they were originally were trying to get me to buy a car that I stated several times that I was not comfortable paying for. I would not reccomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality used car in a low pressure atmosphere.
Comment: I had a problem with my air conditioner which was covered by an extended warrently by Chrysler. Ed Voyles provided transpertation back to work and the work was completed that day with no problems.
