Comment: Extremely poor sales service. For me the process should be easy because I am employed by a supplier to most auto manufacturers, including Chrysler, and only wanted a lease, so there is essentially no haggling needed and the price is set. The dealership overestimated the payoff amount of my trade-in just as a precautionary move to pay off my previous financier, and then said they would reimburse me by check if the actual payoff amount was less. I have not received that money. The car was not properly prepared for delivery, they are passively refusing to provide the car manual and second set of keys that come with the vehicle for some reason, their Finance Department printed several versions of the same financing paperwork with vastly conflicting figures, and neither my salesperson, Kelli Jackson, nor the General Manager, Luk Blackwell, will return polite messages. Anything that was promised during the sale to be delivered soon after, such as the trade-in overpayment reimbursement and car manual and keys, has been neglected and they will not even return messages to even update me on the progress, let alone provide what they promised. Both even called me the day after the purchase to tell me to call them if there was anything else needed, except they already knew what was needed. I called Luk Blackwell back 15 minutes after getting his message, and his voice mail message stated he was not even in the office to receive calls. Considering I help conduct market research on dealer performance for all car companies as a career, you would think their attention would be more proactive.
