Comment: I was leasing a 2002 Buick Rendezvous obtained at another dealership and received an offer from GM Leasing to turn it in early and lease a new 2004 model. I met with Bill Marshall at Ellis Brooks and requested a quote on an identical model. He looked at the window sticker listing all of the features of my 2002 model that I brought with me. He agreed to provide me with a 2004 model. When it arrived he didn't let me inspect it but insisted that I sign all of the papers. What I got was a feature stripped car. The owner, Marie Brooks refused to help me install the missing features. Do not trust this dealership.
