Comment: This is the worst service experience I have ever had. The employees at this dealership are not nice, smart or helpful. The body shop and service department do not communicate with one another and blame each other for their failures and as an excuse not to have to take care of the customer.
If you wish to get just decent service and work with people that are nice - DO NOT GO TO DON MASSEY CADILLAC! EVER!!!!!
They hire bad employees who give bad service and will not under any circumstances take any responsibility for their actions.
