Comment: I had brought my Mazda6 in for a warranty claim- part of the car broke off while driving at highway speed. This should NEVER happen to any car. At any rate- they refused to fix the damage, and so did the Mazda representative. Cost me over 500 dollars and another insurance claim to fix the vehicle.
Also had taken my car in for warranty service at 35K miles, they wanted to charge over 400 dollars. I talked to another garage that could also do the warranty service, and they only charged me 80, explaining that it was simply a thorough inspection and oil and fluid change. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO DON ALLEN FOR SERVICE!
