Comment: It seemed to me that the bait and switch tactic was used by sales manager, Neal Wolf. He quoted a price and assured me several times that he would honor the original quoted price, which he put in writing; however, half way through the process of purchasing the car, he came to me and said that he had made a mistake and he would have to raise the price buy $2000. When I questioned him, he became defensive, arrogant, and rude. I would never use this dealship again and I would not recommend anyone else using it either, I certainly question the integrity and honesty of the sales managers at this location.
