Comment: Went to Cocoa Hyundai and purchased a new Hyundai Accent. I was looking for something fuel efficient that wouldn't break the bank. I tried several Honda and Toyota dealers but they refused to deal.
Cocoa Hyundais sales people worked as a team to answer all of my questions, each seemed to have specialized in different areas of the vehicle and it was refreshing to see so much detail. Everyone was very friendly, and with a little negotiation I got a great deal.
One thing that impressed me was that the couple a few seats away in the showroom were yelling at their sales person and treating him very poorly. Most places, the sales person would have yelled back, instead he was nothing but courteous. I understand negotiations can be time consuming (Mine weren't they were very upfront and worked with me) but if it was my store I would have thrown that couple out. I did see them go into the business office as I was about to leave in my new car so I guess they got the deal they wanted.
As I said though very laid back, nice friendly people. The store is older but has a good selection of cars, and offers free refreshments. Very pleasant place to buy a car.
