Comment: NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER, GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! i brought my car there to be repaired and never once did i get a call from them. i called and they promised me my car that same day. never heard from them. i missed work, had to borrow a car and gas to get to work. today i went with my father to find out ANYTHING we could. the general manager talked to us and he was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and YELLED AT MY MOTHER. he said he didnt know anything and couldnt find anything out. i said you need do something about your service men about what they did. i said you also need to do something about my missing work, like a loaner car or paid rental car. he said i will not do that, and theres nothing i can do for you. he then proceeds to say "DO YOU WANT ME TO HAVE A MAGIC WAND AND JUST MAKE YOUR CAR APPEAR AND ITS ALL BETTER?" how UNPROFESSIONAL. he basically kicked us out. i just want them to finish what they started and give the darn car back. i want my car back, by the way, does ANYONE know what i can do about this. i want my car back, i dont know why they are doing this or what the heck they did to my car!!!!
