Comment: I called to get a price and to make an appointment for transmission flush. When I arrive for my appointment I was told the price is double and that the lady who gave the price is not qualified to look up prices in the computer. I was also told that they sell Toyota WS Transmission fluid for $11.00 a quart. I made complaints to Toyota USA and to the Dealership. I talked to Brad and Craig Marr and they have done nothing to fix the problem. They make more money changing price on people once they walk in the door. Be warned that this dealership or should I say Stealership will rip you off and has very poor service
