Comment: This Auto Group is by far the worst I have ever seen and have dealt with. My mother had actually bought a car from Coleman Kia less then 1 year ago, about 62,000 miles year 2003. From Week 1 there has been issues with this car and even during warranty (the little they gave us or offered), they charged her for diagnostic testings. Problems ranged from the bettery dying, problem with ignition and car starting, brakes going, and best of all -- the timing belt! Now, so the "dealership" saying goes "Well, its bound to happen with a used car" blah blah blah. The service at Coleman Kia has been far the worst, most disgusting service I have ever seen. From the Sales woman, to the Sales men, to the manager (supposedly) have been degrading. They dont care they sold us a peice of junk, nor have they tried to help us in any way. We've called several times and they just keep pushing us off on other people. So much for 5 star testing or whatever you want to call it. They should be paying for the timing belt as it should of been replaced before the car was sold. I could go on forever about how lousy and rude and ignorant and self centered and carless and heartless and.........
