Comment: Purchased a NEW 2005 TL from them, and so far the transmission has been replaced 3 times, thats a total of 4 transmissions in less than 1 year!!! A few months after replacing the transmission the first time, I called the service department because the problems came back. Their response: "We don't recommend that you bring your car back here, you should go to a different acura dealership." WAY TO STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES YOU SELL!!! **DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM CLAIR ACURA** Any questions or comments: ClairAcuraSucks@gmail.com

Comment: This is by far the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with. Their management is very poor, their service department needs some serious help. They treat customers like crap. Everytime I have gone into the service department, I have seen at least one or two other customers leave pissed off, besides me. Their sales staff will tell you every lie there is just to sell u the car. I purchased a brand new car and within the first 2 months i had 10 different issues with the car. The Transmission had problems since the car had 1000 miles on it, and the dealership didn't do anything about it till 9000 miles. The car IS A LEMON, and the dealership refuses to take it back or replace it. They all admit that it's one in a million, and that a car shouldn't have that many problems, but they dont do anything about it. TAKE MY ADVICE.. DONT GO NEAR THIS DEALERSHIP, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I'VE BEEN A HONDA/ACURA FAN ALL MY LIFE, there's 1 Honda and 2 acura's in my driveway... but after this, I will never ever purchase any Honda/Acura Vehicles again. This dealership is a shame. Acura's customer service is a shame. And their Engineering/Quality Control is horrible.
