Comment: Well, I don't think anybody really ENJOYS buying a car or taking it in for service but, as dealerships go, these guys were alright. I spent a number of years in the industry so I know most of the tricks but I didn't really get any headaches. I bought a Maxima. I called and was told by a very courteous woman that they had the vehicle I was seeking in stock and they had it ready when I showed up for the test ride. My particular salesperson was a bit green but his manager Mark T. was great. I had my own financing so I can't speak to the finance team but they gave me fair value for my trade. The whole process took about 2 hours and I'm sure I'll end up taking it there for maintenance as well.
Comment: First, the price of the car: the same car (same model, year, mileage) was $4000 more than with another dealer (Tustin Nissan). I had to negotiate for hours to get a reasonable price. When we arrived the dealer told us that it was in our price range so we tested it but when we were in his office he shown us the final price.
2/ The dealer LIED when he sold us a warranty. He told us it was for 5 years, that it would cover us for the entire time we pay the loan (5 years) and then we discovered (too late) that is was 5 years since the vehicle was on the road (since 2004) so we payed the full price for 18 month!! $2500 stolen! He recorded the whole process on a tape when when we asked to listen to it he told us that they only keep them for 6 months. I'm sure it's another lie.
3/ After 1 week, I hear a nose coming from the car, they told us it was my fault of course. I had to insist and they finally fixed it for free, they probably saw it wasn't my fault...
