Comment: Nothing against the dealership itself, however the service center is a joke. The worst service I have ever received in my life. Drove 60 miles on a battery that the cell was supposable out; or had died between the inspection and the lights getting fixed. Left with lights that didn�t get fixed and had to go back, was treated rude and lied to twice. Once about the battery and once about the light which we paid to get fixed, that where not fixed the first time. They could have just told us that they killed the battery because a car does not run with a dead cell in the battery. (Have been told by 3 other mechanics) was there for an oil change and left 3 hours later. This kinds of ruins Subaru�s good name. Would hope that are letters to the company will make this issue better. Because we have told a lot of people to never go to Butte Cheverly Subaru because of this issue.
