Comment: Finance department openly complained that they would not make commission on me. Thanks. Finance also intentionally comlicated the title process by sending the car title to the wrong institution, perhaps as retaliation, perhaps to receive their commission for the loan being held for 90 days.
Comment: Matt May gave us a horrible appraisal for our mazdaspeed 6 trade-in. he said it cost 16K but turned around the next day and put it in the inventory for 20K. why the big difference? the car was in perfect condition, as per their description "like new" and it was in immaculate condition when we traded it in. we have been a loyal customer of theirs for 7 years and bought 3 cars, and we feel they treated us unfairly in this deal. no loyalty to customers is bad customer service. we will never refer anyone to this dealership again and will blog about this as much as i can.
