Comment: I want to thank Beaverton Toyota for great customer service! I was so impressed with them when I went in to buy my Toyota Sienna. It could not have been a better experience. I knew exactly what I wanted, but was afraid I was going to have to wait for it to be ordered or something. I was kind of in a hurry to buy, since my old car was on it�s way to car heaven �. So I needed a new one fast! When I walked in to Beaverton Toyota, they had the minivan that I wanted right there on the lot. I didn�t have to wait to get what I wanted. I was able to go for a test drive right away and then it was a done deal. As far as the price negotiation....there were no hidden fees or other nightmares....they were true to their word and explained things to me very clearly before we finished the deal. The sales person we used was so helpful to me and made me feel like I was a priority to him. I was somewhat nervous about buying a car in the beginning, but I could not say anything negative about this purchase process. They made it a very good experience! Thanks guys!
