Comment: I have had repeat terrible service experiences with Brookline Audi/VW. In the last nightmare, they lied and told me that they spoke with my aftermarket warranty company and that none of the needed repairs were covered. After some yelling, they admitted that they had never called the warranty provider. Then they refused to release my car, even though no work had been done, becuase it was 'unsafe' to drive, even though I had driven it to them. They continue to give me the runaround and have kept the car for almost two weeks now without a solid explanation. They claimed some repairs were covered, then claimed the same repairs were not covered. They then tried to claim they were covered but did not have the part (lie). VWOA is now involved. This is an embarrassment. The guys who work this service department are total scam artists, and it's shamefully obvious.
