Comment: I purchased a car about three years ago and everything ran smoothly until the sale was final. I was assured that I would receive the stock rims to my car because the salesman's "buddy" was the one who traded the car in. Winter came and still no rims. I ended up just purchasing other rims for winter tires. Three years later and I have yet to see them. I went back to the dealership to see the employee to see if I could get his "buddies" phone number so I could see what was going on and he refused to give it to me . He said he would call me if he heard anything trying to brush me off and then I asked if he even knew who I was which he did not remember so how was he supposed to contact me. All I was looking for was an answer which i still do not have. The second issue I had was the tint on the windows. We just wanted to know if they were legal and he said he brought them to get tested and said they were fine. Three weeks later i got pulled over because the tint was not legal. BUYERS BEWARE!!! They care about you during the sale and apparently not after. Satisfied with the car but not the way agreements were handled. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!
