Comment: We did NOT buy a car there because they priced the car we looked at $2,000 higher than everyone else - a used car! Then they said they would reduce it by 2K and I asked to see the service reports because they claimed they had put on new tires and brakes, etc., and he showed me their 21 point inspection sheet instead. And when I asked them to run the VIN report, the salesman AND the General Manager both said they didn't know what was meant on it by "odometer rollback" and couldn't figure out why it was on the VIN report. I wouldn't trust these people with telling me the time of day. Go to Muller Highland Park if you want a reputable dealer. That's what we did and we're highly recommending them now!
Comment: I was mislead when trying to complete and internet transaction. After receiving my "e-price" and going into the dealer, they changed the numbers and said the "e-price" would not be honored. The sales staff were rude, condescending, and at the end of the process, I was not even thanked for purchasing a vehicle. I would never do business with this dealer again. The only reason I did not walk out was this was the only dealer with the specific vehicle I wanted within a reasonable area.
