Comment: By far, the worst dealer service department I have ever had the displeasure to know. It took them 4 days to complete a battery change. (By the way, you can only have your battery changed at a Volkswagen dealership because they are the only ones with batteries that fit Volkswagen cars.) Not only did it take 4 days, our service advisor, Jonathan, was the rudest service advisor I have ever met in my life. I also had the displeasure of talking to someone named Chip who tried to tell me that I was being unreasonable in expecting less than 4 days to complete a batter change. The only person that showed any respect for the customer was the service manager, but even he could not speed up the process, and there was no appreciable change in Jonathan's attitude and behavior towards us even after we complained to management. We sold our volkswagen the day after we finally got it back from the dealership because we were left with such a horrible impression of Volkswagen as a company.
